Who Are You Serving? Know Your Audience Deeply

Building on last week's foundation, it's time to focus on Knowing Your Audience.

Understanding your audience is crucial for tailoring your value proposition, marketing efforts, and overall business strategy to meet their specific needs and desires.

Deep Dive:

There are literally three questions that usually come in mind every time am researching my market audience, and these are usually:

  1. Who is your ideal customer?
  2. What do they struggle with?
  3. How do they prefer to solve their problems?

Knowing this helps a lot especially if you want to communicate more effectively and create products or services that truly resonate.

Now, briefly on each of the questions these are the things i tend to focus on almost always;

For identifying my ideal customer, usually the focus is to; understand their demographics, psychographics, and behaviors.

As for their struggles, the focus is to find out their pain points,

Then finally, the part of how they prefer to solve their problems:

For this is always to understand and try to choose the right communication channels.

This way, am able to craft my messaging to fit the consumer's characteristics.
